LITTLE ROCK, AR – A person that the Garland County Sheriff’s Office calls a “person of interest” in the homicide of Dawna Natzke has been released on $15,000 bond. Kevin Duck was originally arrested in Louisiana on Feb 1st on an unspecified probation violation. At a parole or probation hearing in Hot Spring County Tuesday, Duck was released on bond. Duck is the former boyfriend of Dawna Natzke.
