Troy Dean Carney was found murdered in his sleeping bag on Sept.4, 2008 Central Point Oregon.Troy traveled from the East coast to the West coast working as a lumper loading & unloading Tractor Trailors. He had stopped in the Medford, Central Point Oregon area & while waiting to get more work on another truck he was was doing odd Jobs for the truckers at the Pilot Truck stop & was camped out on the Bear Creek Greenway near the Pilot Truck stop in Central Point
